Dale, started working in Methow Valley real estate in 1980 and has probably helped more people buy and sell real estate in the Methow Valley than any other active broker. Over the years he has watched our slice of paradise change and he has been fundamental in shaping the valley. He helped protect 280 acres in Mazama by selling it for the Trust for Public Land. He is the co-founder of the Rhythm and Blues Festival. He says that one of his proudest accomplishments was building the original Hotel Rio Vista with the city’s approval. This was the original 16 unit that burned down along with his Riverside Lodge. He opened his own real estate company in 1993, Fasse North Cascades Realty, now renamed his business lives on. Anyone who has worked with Dale will appreciate his legacy of working with buyers and sellers to successfully and cooperatively make sales happen!
